E1: Promotion and dissemination of the project results – Portugal
(June 1-2, 2021)


Promotion of the methodological framework for the creation of the accessible LMS, promotion of the innovative learning managements system for the humanities and social sciences, accessible for all students, including students with disabilities, promotion of the mobile app and promotion of a newly developed course for LMS usage by students with different types of disabilities.

The local promotion event will take place in a venue in Aveiro as a conference type of event. Participants from the HEI, students, professors and students from primary and secondary mainstream and special schools will take participation. Representatives from the Ministry of Science, Technology and High Education, as well as representatives from the business sector, will also participate in this event. This will contribute to a large dissemination of the project activities and transfer of skills, which will lead to the sustainability of the project.

The methodological framework published in a peer reviewed paper will be widely distributed, thus enabling the application of the idea (accessible LMS) to different settings. Mass media will be invited, which will contribute to a larger audience for the presentation of the project results and outcomes.

Approximately 50 participants will attend the conference.

(June 10-11, 2021)

Representatives from the Ministry for Education and Science and the Ministry for Information Society and Administration as well as representatives from the business sector will also participate in this event. This will contribute to a large dissemination of the project activities and transfer of skills, which will lead to the sustainability of the project.
